This wonderful sideboard is hand painted in an artisan workshop in China. It is made from elm and is finished in this vibrant red paint, featuring narrative scenes that depict historical life in the 1800s. The cabinet has been rubbed back along the edges to reveal the natural wood underneath and then finished with a gloss varnish.
