Delivery & Returns


We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Most domestic orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days upon processing.

The cost of delivery is based on the weight and volume of the item(s) of furniture you order. If you order more than one item of furniture the cost is calculated on the total weight of the items you bought. 


Please contact us if you would like to ship outside of UK and we will get back to you with a delivery quote.



We carefully hand pick and inspect every item ensuring that goods arrive with you in good conditions. 

However in the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, this needs to be stated when you sign for your delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange to collect the damaged item and organise a replacement or full refund. 

Please note that the wood used in our product often has a rustic look making each item slightly different in measurements, appearance, colour and finish. We will not exchange items on a ‘like for like’ basis purely on the grounds of the character or colour of the wood.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, except for faulty and/or damaged items or incomplete orders. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage before sending as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. 



Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the product and notify you whether you are due a refund.  If so, we will credit your debit or credit card, or PayPal account, within the next two working days. 


Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
